Restore Health & Fitness offer professional personal training and remedial exercise for health, fitness and injury rehabilitation in our studio in Sunbury. We are an accredited Victorian work safe remedial exercise provider. Some of our holistic rehabilitation services include deep tissue massage treatments for treating major muscle groups, MSTR® (McLoughlin scar tissue release) for post-surgery and trauma wounds, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) massage therapy and non-invasive Bowen therapy soft tissue massage for holistic pain relief.

Rehabilitation Exercise

Our rehabilitation exercise program is an individualised program delivered through 45 minute one-on-one sessions with an expert remedial exercise provider. We work with your allied health professional to offer relief from a variety of conditions including frozen shoulder, chronic knee or back pain. It is also effective with clients with balance related issues and Parkinson's disease. We offer various other holistic rehabilitation therapeutic massage treatments including deep tissue massage, MSTR®, Bowen therapy as well as MLD (muscular lymphatic drainage) massage which encourages the natural circulation of lymph fluid through the body.

What We Do

Sessions with our personal trainer are one-on-one, two-on-one, or private small group sessions conducted at our studio in rolling meadows. We offer an initial separate consultation with our personal trainer to establish your fitness or health goals and assess any existing injuries or health issues you may have. Our personal training may consist of circuit work, tabatas, kettlebells or weights training and boxing.
